The Annual General Meeting of Boscombe Lifeguards and Awards Evening together with use of the skittles alley and buffet will be held on Friday 25th November 2022 at 5pm. For location refer to the Agenda as referenced below.

The Election of Officers Form should be completed and returned to the Secretary at least seven days prior to the AGM for the nomination to be valid (any received after that day will be classed as null and void). Anyone putting themselves forward after this date may be eligible to be co-opted at the next Committee Meeting. If you wish to nominate or second anybody you will need to obtain their signature that they are willing to stand. If there are any difficulties with seconder or proposer please see notes at the bottom of the Election of Officers Form.
It is hoped that as many members and their families as possible will try to attend the AGM even if they do not wish to serve on the Committee. The AGM itself will not take long, therefore we will be combining this with the Awards Evening and a game of skittles to make this more into a social event.
Please confirm if you are able to attend and numbers in your party by e-mail. The cost of the buffet is £12.00 per person (or £6.00 for 12 years and under). We will need to know attendance numbers in advance in order to order enough food.
