Members from Boscombe Lifeguards got up nice and early this morning
to head down to Gordon Steps, Zig Zag in Southbourne to assist with marshaling for the Bournemouth Bay Run. It was good to see members of all ages turning up to represent their club and support the run.
The Bournemouth Run for British Heart Foundation is a popular half-marathon, 10K, 5K or 1K family fun run. Where participants enjoy running alongside the English Channel coastline following raising vital funds for the fight against heart disease.
