The Agenda for the AGM has already been circulated. The event is for the meeting followed by a buffet meal with use of the skittles alley at The Coach & Horses, Poole Road, Wimborne on
MONDAY. 1st OCTOBER 2018 AT 7-30 P.M.
Please would you let me know if you are able to attend. You can let me know by e-mail The cost of the meal is £8.50 and I need to know in advance of attendance so that I may order the correct amount of food. Last year we had some members who arrived unexpectedly and I want to ensure everybody is catered for.
May I also remind everybody that we need a return of your nomination forms for positions on the Committee by Tuesday 25th September and that if you are nominating or seconding anybody you
will also need to obtain their signature that they are willing to stand.
